What actually wastes your time at varsity? Tell us straight.
We're building something for South African students and we'd rather ask than guess. Two minutes — only the first bit needs typing, the rest is tapping. No sign-up, no spam. Three people who answer win R50 airtime each.
Thank you — that genuinely helps.
If enough people say the same thing you did, that's what gets built. The airtime draw runs once we've got enough answers.
What happens to my answer?
Handled in line with POPIA. Who's asking: onemanstack (onemanstack.co.za) — Msizi Shangase, Pretoria.
Why: to understand what students actually struggle with, so we build something useful instead of guessing.
What we store: your answers, your campus, your year and field of study, and your funding type. We do not ask for your name, ID or student number. Your phone number is optional and stored only if you give it — used solely for the airtime draw and, if you tick the box, one follow-up question. We never sell or share it.
Share codes: when you finish, we generate a random 8-character code so that if you pass the link on, we can see that those answers came from a shared link. The code is random — it is not built from your name, your number or anything you typed, and it tells us nothing about you.
How long: answers are kept while this research runs and deleted within 12 months. Phone numbers are deleted as soon as the draw is done, unless you agreed to a follow-up.
Your rights: you can ask us to delete your response at any time — email hello@onemanstack.co.za and mention roughly when you answered. Answering is voluntary and you can stop at any point.
